– if the client cancels the trip 7- 13 days prior to the date of the trip, 50% of the cost will be refunded
– if the client cancels the trip less than 7 days before the date of the trip, no refund will be paid
We have only once had to cancel a trip due to poor weather but if, due to bad weather or any other unexpected factor we have to cancel the trip, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
